To be honest, I haven't seriously considered buying the SPIN-X. I don't think I've even casually considered it. How long will it take you in saving electricity by not using your dryer as long to make up that $429? I don't think its worth it. Try line drying with a 5min fluff at the beginning or end to keep the clothes from being stiff or just line dry without using the dryer at all.
