This is the "low flow shower head" and &lt;a href="http://www.bchydro.com/powersmart/elibrary/elibrary699.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;BC Hydro has some good information about it&lt;/a&gt;, which can be confirmed on numerous websites.  Just do a Google search for low flow shower heads.

Like most shower heads, there are semi-generic brand versions as well as designer versions and types with fancy features.  I'm planning on getting one that's very similar to my current shower head, just low flow.</description>
