Having seen a few weddings I’d say that it’s the thought that counts. Hugely expensive trappings mean nothing if you’re wealthy and are going to be deleterious to your marital harmony (paying it all off) if you’re not so wealthy. Remember a wedding is about the person inside the dress, not the dress itself.

No freaking way! I love target and target stores are just everywhere around here! I am checking out the target wedding section as I type. I am engaged and we are slowly but surely saving for a wedding of a lifetime.

My thoughts are fairly simple but maybe a little old fashioned. A wedding should be a once in a lifetime event. If you can afford, dont go for the cheap dress for one reason – chance – there is a chance you will be disappointed in the outcome which could really ruin your big day. This should not be a lottery, spend a little extra and make sure it is perfect. Hey is money is a problem, I think the Target option is perfect. Shop around though
